About Queen City Fencing

A Cincinnati-based service connecting homeowners with vetted, licensed, insured fence installation contractors across the Greater Cincinnati metro, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana.

How we work

Queen City Fencing is a Cincinnati-area marketing service. We are not the crew that builds your fence — we are the bridge between homeowners who need a fence and the small group of installers in our region who consistently do quality work, pull proper permits, and show up when they say they will.

Here's how that works in practice:

  1. You contact us through our website, by phone, or via a contact form, telling us about your fence project — material preference, rough footage, budget range, and timeline.
  2. We verify your information and route your inquiry to our partner fence contractor for your area.
  3. They contact you directly within one business day, usually to schedule a free on-site measure.
  4. They perform the installation under their own license, insurance, and workmanship warranty — not ours.

Why we exist

Most homeowners only hire a fence contractor once or twice in their life. That makes the market hard to navigate — quotes vary 2-3x for the same job, online reviews are mixed, and the contractors who consistently do good work are often booked solid or word-of-mouth only. Meanwhile, the loudest fence companies online are often the ones that subcontract everything, miss appointments, or charge premium prices for mediocre work.

We built this site to make it easier for Cincinnati homeowners to find a good local fence installer fast — and easier for the good installers in our region to fill their schedule without burning their margins on lead-gen services that don't qualify the homeowner.

Our partner contractors

Every contractor we route leads to is required to maintain:

  • Active local business licensing in their primary county of operation
  • General liability insurance of at least $1 million
  • Workers' compensation insurance for all crew members
  • A written workmanship warranty on every installed fence (typically 1-5 years depending on installer)
  • A track record of clean Cincinnati zoning permit submissions

We verify credentials before any lead is routed and re-verify annually. If you'd like to confirm a contractor's current standing, the Cincinnati Building Department maintains a public record of permit-pull history.

Service area

We cover the full Greater Cincinnati metro — including Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties in Ohio; Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties in Northern Kentucky; and Dearborn County, Indiana. We can also coordinate service in adjacent communities upon request.
